Apexcast Pro is a one-time purchase. We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund on every Pro license bought directly through apexcast.io.

How to request a refundEmail support@apexcast.io within 30 days of your purchase. Include the email address or order ID you used at checkout. We don't ask why — but we always read the answer if you tell us.
Processing timeRefunds are issued back to the original payment method. Most card issuers post the refund within 5–10 business days; bank transfers can take a little longer.
What gets refundedThe full amount you paid for Pro, including any applicable taxes collected at checkout.
License after a refundYour Pro license is deactivated when the refund is issued. The Free tier keeps working — your projects, exports, and bindings stay on disk and aren't touched.
Free tierApexcast Free is free and stays free. There's nothing to refund.
After 30 daysWe may still offer a refund at our discretion — for example if you ran into a hardware-compatibility issue we couldn't resolve. Email support@apexcast.io and tell us what happened.
Repeat purchasesOne refund per person. You're welcome to buy Pro again later, but a second purchase made after a refund isn't eligible for another refund.
Where the charge appearsApexcast Pro is sold through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. The charge on your statement will read "Lemon Squeezy" (sometimes with "Apexcast" alongside). Email support@apexcast.io to request your refund — we handle it from our side.
Statutory rights (EU / UK and similar)Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under your local law — including the EU's 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. Our 30-day window meets or exceeds those minimums.
